Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product and our stringent hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for any of our Covid testing kits. With all other products, we are happy to accept a return as long as the following applies:

• Product has not been used
• In its original packaging, unopened and undamaged
• Product was purchased within the last 14 days
• An email has been sent to info@ammdiagnostics.co.uk within 14 days of purchase requesting a refund and the product is returned to us within 3 working days of the email.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product is delivered to us within 3 working days and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during return.
